• Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across [your city/region name]. If you’re outside this area, please contact us to check availability.

• Delivery Days: Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery (subject to stock availability).

• Subscription Deliveries: For our regular customers, subscription deliveries are made on your chosen schedule—daily, weekly, or bi-weekly.

• Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use sustainable and recyclable packaging to keep your milk fresh while caring for the planet.

Returns & Refunds ♻️

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

• Perishable Goods: As our milk is freshly made and perishable, we cannot accept returns once opened or used.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

• Packaging Returns: If you’re on a refill plan, please rinse and return your glass bottles on your next delivery. Together, we reduce waste and support a cleaner planet!
